Playing in sunshine.

Loving this spring time sun! I couldn't choose just a few so here are a bunch of the girl running around between reading books on the blanket with me:

Oh and that is her new puppy she affectionately named "ice cream cone." It is almost up there on the same level as her pinky bear, not quite but close. It would be nice if we could convince this warm sunshine weather to stick around for a few months so we can have lots more evenings like this at the park... soon hopefully!

Aspen leaves.

A few weeks back I went up into the mountains and took some pictures with my dad. I love the bright yellow of the aspen leaves especially against the blue sky.

A little hike and cave action.

Fun morning! And best of all we got up there and it ended up being a free day, woohoo!

Stewart Falls.

Not many words tonight because I have a little girl to be playing with right now. Here are a few pictures though that I took on our hike while my brother was in town!

A stroll in Memorial Grove.

We found an awesome park close by when I did engagements for a friend. The next night I brought Madelyn and the boys and we had a nice walk outside.

I look at this picture and think how strange it would be if my head didn't even come up people's waists... imagine that. People would all seem like giants :)

camping {part 2}

The next morning. The last two pictures just crack me up!

Summer camping. {part 1}

Although we always intend on doing it a lot more, we end up camping just once a year. This time we went with some awesome friends and found a great campground. Most of my pictures are of the girls because they are just so easy to photograph and they were cracking us up with the dirt. They LOVED the dirt!

Case in point. Five minutes after we arrived:

It got real quiet and we realized the girls were not close by. By the time we looked over this way they were almost out of sight behind the tree. This is them coming back from their exploring adventure.

These two are so funny to watch and listen to as they talk to each other in their own little language.
